Products are typically shipped within 48 hours of your order.

Generally, orders are delivered within 6 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).

To track your order, your tracking number is available by clicking on the "view my order" link, which can be found in our order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.

Note: Tracking information usually appears approximately 4 days after shipping.

You will receive an initial confirmation email upon placing your order, followed by a second email indicating that your order has been shipped.

Please monitor your order's tracking status. Occasionally, your order may be held at the post office, but the delivery notice may not be left in your mailbox.

Good to know: The post office holds your package for 15 days. After this period, it will be returned to the sender, and you may be required to pay a fee to have your order reshipped.

You have a two-hour window to cancel your order via our contact form. After this period, a refund can only be processed once your complete order has been received at our facility.
